That’s not what WK said. WK said there might be inconsistencies due to the gap between when each page was made. I actually colored these 2 pages as they came out so I should know the order.
 
With the order I mentioned with this being page 8 and the Fluttershy video being page 9 that does help fix the inconsistency because now there’s room for an unknown amount of time to pass between pages. And it’s during this short timeskip the video gets made and Fluttershy gets snuffed
