It’s because people have been uploading variations of these fighter pictures with the ship name in the tags, which automatically adds the lesbian (or gay or straight) and shipping tags. It’s basically an obnoxious meme, grabbing whatever two fighters from this series and sticking them together with the ship name tagged…
I love the art, but this whole shipping nonsense with it is obnoxious and I’m sure I’m not the only one who gets annoyed seeing it on their watched feed.
