Yeah, I guess they’re about as related as Malon and Romani. Reusing assets between games makes continuity a bit tricky.
I suppose the Ocarina & Majora scarecrows are technically different characters. Termina is established as basically an alternative world to the one Hyrule is in.

Also, what is “banned from Equestria?”
I’ve always liked that reference. In Majora’s Mask, the scarecrow teaches you two songs, one of which (Song of Double Time) moves you half a day forward in time, to the nearest dawn/nightfall.

Never played the game, but it’s also the same one in Banned from Equestria.(Which ironically plays LoZ music)
