It looks like she knows how to go on purpose now. Does that mean that she’s starting to get her control back?
 
If so, then maybe next she can work on trying to cut the flow, or at least practice speeding it up and slowing it down.
 
And if she can do that then maybe in time she can wear diapers only when she wants to instead of all the time.
 
Before that, though she will still (no doubt) need to wear them at night and when she will be away from a bathroom for a long (or unknown) period of time.

I like your style adaptation, I just personally feel that if they followed the leg convention of the show a bit more, then it might look better. But once again, just me.
