Familiarity with the artist and original character does set a precedent. Yes, it is possible that Rumble is simply a small adult, but the artists have shown her with colts before, including young Rumble. Admittedly not as prevalent as I thought looking back through the tags, but they are there.

I’m pretty much with you on this. Most people who comment on an image like this are obviously not representative of the site (or population) as a whole. While I wouldn’t want to deny people the ability to enjoy their fetishes just because they make me uncomfortable, I must admit that I personally find it a bit of a shame since Flourish Glade as a character appeals a lot to me aside from this aspect of her.
