In the Erotic Fallout: Equestria universe, I’m quite sure it would be.
 
I mean, to put it into perspective, Interplay originally made it so that Nuka-Cola, Rad-Away, Rad-X, and Stimpaks were addictive-capable. Completely ridiculous to players back then and now. In this universe, if you can be addicted to taking it up the ass, I’m sure there’s worse addictions.
 
Besides, what would be the downsides? Craving your tunnel be plunged every day? “Gotta find a phallic object to rummage through my backdoor! I need it!” XD

I’m not sure if a pipbuck would pick that up as an addiction…
