Well, now she knows the tree has a powerful failsafe, but she also knows it’s location and that mindlessly attacking it won’t work.
 
We just better hope she doesn’t happen to make any allies during her plotting…

Right About Everything
Honestly her best plan would be to destroy the mean six once she’s at the tree, then retreat to create more in full knowledge of the tree’s location.
 
She was very stressed at this point though, and Chrysalis has always been a fan of pushing her luck a little too far.

I think Chrysalis needed the Mean 6 to get the Elements. So perhaps just destroying her as soon as they get to the Tree wouldn’t be the best idea.
