Well, we don’t know for sure yet. I’m wondering if they’re going to reveal those family details in the upcoming Scootaloo focus episode “The Washouts”.
Yeah she has parents and aunts confirmed by the writers and in some official mlp book, the writers just aren’t focusing on her parents on the show for some reason.

But if I ignore that and just see a big group of ponies doing diaper things… I’m not sure if that’d make it feel more okay, or if I’d just panic because of how overwhelmed I’d be by all the social discomfort, haha.
Diapers are like a bathroom. I like to keep the door closed, heh.
But on the other hoof, if I found myself in Equestria and it was ponies… I’d probably shrug it off as culture shock and dive right in with everypony else, hahaha.

But that artist forgot to add the Spitfire’s mom Stormy Flare,Mrs Cake and her fillies Pound and Pumpkin and Sunburst’s mom Stelar Flare
We never seen what her parents look like, if she has any.
