No, it’s just that thing behind the horse that looks like a magiks smoke to me. Plus the visual of the horse itself.
Makes me think flag’s faction has something to do with magiks and/or cultism.

Just a flag for a raider tribe. That may or may not have gotten Sunburst’s colors because Manticores have a similar color scheme…
