Absolutely. Like, Disney’s Beast’s appearance was a clear personification of the fact that he’s a beastly person. That female beast looks demure, gentle, kind, friendly, welcoming. Like, even if he wasn’t attracted to her he’d have no problem being around her, trusting her, etc :P

I think the real irony is the picture she uses to decry an apparent double standard is using a massive double standard: the female version of the beast is far more conventionally attractive by human standards than the male. Like, where’s the hulking frame, hunched body, massive protruding fangs, etc? Even her “beast” attributes are made to look cute with the little puppy button nose XD

I find it hilarious that this woman(will I get in trouble for assuming her gender?) complains that guys wouldn’t accept a female beast, and then she goes and calls the people who would accept such a thing weird. At least, that’s how it comes across to me. On another note, this is totally reminiscent to that Scooby doo mystery machine scene people were posting a while back, with all the characters but Fred freaked out, while he’s just smiling.

I just can’t get into anime, and like I’ve really tried to since I’ve got a couple of die hard anime fans for friends. I’d probably be all over it if it was a western cartoon XD

It’s just a super weird design choice to me. Like, everything else about her facial design is really clever, with the hair ornaments looking like snake eyes, the pattern on her face resembling two big fangs, and her hair giving a rounded shape to make her entire head look like a snake’s face:  
 
But then you’ve got those huge bright red ears that are just so prominent and mismatched that they completely detract from the design. Like why would they do it? XD

Heh. ^^ I’m not an expert myself seeing as I only know the Anime and not the Manga. But said Anime certainly was fun watching. It got a bit of a perverted harem humor if that is your kind of thing. It certainly is cool to have such a thing about Monster Girls. There are far too few works with this topic. ^^
