Not sure if you went for that memed russian curse word, but if so, it’s “blyat’”
But “blat” is also a word in russian, stands for familiarities and bonds which can be used (usually not very rightfully) for personal needs or some kind of privileges.
And it is also conditional language of thieves, apearantly.
As for second word, if you tried for a town name, it’s usually ends with “sransk”, not “sramsk” (originates from a vord, describing an act of defecation by the way, so not really makes a word it is part of a crude word, but not the one of a high culture, second one, with m, however, originates from a rather old word, whick could be translated as “shame” or in some cases “genetals”, and, at least as far as i know, less crude, so it might work as soften, less crude version). First part could vary, like in your comment, but most of the times when we name some default town like that it’s “muhosransk”. But your version works just fine.
