cheese is low in lactose (hard, aged cheeses like mozzerela and cheddar not soft cheeses like cottage cheese and brie)  
there are cheap pills that are full of lactase  
pizza is totally eatable if you’re lactose intolerant  
there’s also gluten free pizza, if you have a gluten intolerance, or both lactose and gluten, or all fodmaps.  
it doesn’t taste as good as wheat though.  
if you’re sensitive to high amounts of grease, you’re pretty much gonna have to avoid pizza.

What do they use to replace the cheese? I hear some Asian countries use mayo but I’m pretty sure that uses some form of dairy too.
 
Either a dairy free substitute or nothing at all. I go with the latter

There’s still some alternatives to the typical beef burger. Turkey, chicken, fish, and Veggieburgers are all options.
 
But yeah, the medication seems like it’s a pretty good alternative too, provided the person taking it doesn’t get any horrible side effects from taking it.
