Then, where would they have taken that strangely Canterlot/Carousel Boutique-like carousel design from? Surely they can’t be that good. Also, I’ve seen a Transformers kiddie ride at my local mall, and that’s Hasbro.

I am very sure that this is a knockoff, because Hasbro has not established any official parks or merry-go-rounds yet, unlike Disney.
 
From the channel through the link to the picture’s video, the merry-go-round might be from Hong Kong.
