Umm hard to say to me someone nice is somebody that you like spending time because you feel they are worth it and someone you love is somebody that you get to know for quite the time and like a nice person you feel like spending time with them but much more than with someone just nice,you want to be by their side as equals for a really long time,you know their bad sides but despite those things you care for them and want them to be happy no matter what and you wish to ensure that happines even at the expense of yours at least that’s how i felt towards someone once

a nice person is someone who doesn’t make your life worse.  
someone you love makes your life better.

The difference is that loving someone means loving their not-nice parts just as much. And their neutral parts. And you never stop thinking about them.
