My entry into the MLP FIM Seventh Anniversary art event. Look at my amazing art skills!!!! </sarcasm>
Spent a lot of time in MS Paint and GIMP drawing those cutie marks. Tried to get them to look like the real things. Used refs and made copies by eyeballing the references. I felt it was more satisfying than just copy-pasting refs over.
Anyway, this was fun to do, especially getting those cutie marks to look good using the MS Paint curvy line tool and doing any rotations in GIMP.

Thanks, though it’s not the first thing I’ve ever drawn. I did take an art class in high school and did pretty well in it. I just never got into drawing after that because my passions laid more in science and mathematics and video games. Also drew a lot of vent art during middle school. Tended to draw tornadoes and nuclear mushroom clouds. XD
