You didn’t actually give any real comparisons. Stop cherrypicking.
It’s a bit hard to quantify in still frames, as i think you’d notice it the most in how she moves.

Nope. It’s definitely there. Maybe it’s in the animation, but I noticed a distinct different in Dash’s appearance when I went back to watch Season 1.
I think you’re seeing a change that isn’t actually there.
Her… cottage?
The entire background is a season 1 asset. Fluttershy herself, a highly suspect, has a taller build in later seasons. Before that all the ponies were really copy-and-paste.
In fact, the most noticeable is Rainbow Dash. She looks visibly older (and less cute) in newer seasons.

Can confirm. The credits at the end mention Boulder Media. They actually did a pretty good job.
Edit: I’m also thinking they’re using old assets, which explains Bloom.

I heard that the animation was done by Boulder Media, who also did some of the Equestria Girls shorts.

It looks like it’s made by the actual studio. The whole thing feels like a S1-S2 scene.
