No, you’re right. There’s several tricks used in this picture that are usually reserved for female cartoon characters, especially the more sultry ones. Eyeshadow and thick, pronounced eyelashes are the obvious ones, plus the half-closed eyelids and the overall shape of the eyes that give off the “come hither” vibe.

The eyeshadow, slight eyelash stuff, slender bodies… Long narrow snouts like the two sister princesses rather than something thick like a stallion…
