I like the idea, you’ve put a lot of thought into this. The math may be off, but the idea is neat. Weathermancy (or Kairómancy) might be a better word for what Pegasi do, though.
 
My only objection is to the bottom left corner. Fifteen is too young to be considered a consenting adult, much less be drinking. That’s all I’ll say about that.

Presumably, they get a top-notch education, with high academic standards, the best teachers, and options that just plain aren’t available in most schools. I wouldn’t be surprised if a lot of the more advanced magical stuff you could only learn at AGU or through personal tutoring and apprenticeship to an established mage.
 
And then there are obviously the prestige of attending one of the top schools of the land, and the connections you make with your teachers and the other students, whether they are the best young mages of your generation, or the scions of the rich and powerful Manehattan families, or ambitious young ponies aiming for a military career in the Royal Guards or whatever.

So, they’re Technical Schools.

So…what exactly can ponies from private Schools do that ponies from advanced Schools can’t?  
The post does not really clear that. I mean twilight is an exception…not everyone ends up being celestias Student. So what exactly do the other private school goers do after graduating? Does it have any Advantage?

There is an difference between advanced classes in basic school and advanced school.
 
Either way, i think that this was explained badly. for the “9 years in basic school” part to make sense, either each rotation lasts only one year, or only three rotations completed, not nine, are required to graduate.

You’re wrong, because advanced classes are for those AT age 15…it also says “Basic School”. They graduate from “Basic School” at age 15…wroooooooooooooooong….
