We’ve never seen RD’s shirt sleeves in the movies, but I’m reasonably confident that they’re black. If she ever takes off her curiously form-fitting jacket, we will know for sure.

I based my guess off her sleepover shirt from Rainbow Rocks and her camping shirt, both of which have sleeve colors that match the collar lining and seem to be the same style of shirt that she wears normally. Maybe the shorts this year will give us the answer to this riveting question, along with why she smells like vanilla.
Funny enough, I actually tend to think they are black also.
