It’s site cache ignoring you, as well. If you try in another browser it should display properly; eventually stuff will magic techno-jumbo and suddenly work.

I did try ctrl+F5 and still the only ones that show the new image are the ones with the general spoiler:s03 tag. The episode specific ones are still the old ones for me.
 
Dunno if ctrl-F5 has any influence on it though.
