Arlon in his ‘cursed’ draconequus form, courtesy of Discord. For a being of Order, nothing is worse than being forced to abide by Chaos’ rules, and the Announcer fears that the universe will implode on itself or something if the situation isn’t solved soon.
Despite his near constant complaining, it’s not nearly as bad as he makes it out to be.
He just likes the sound of his own voice.

I’m still unclear as to who he is supposed to be.
Oh he loves being the centre of attention, it’s just that being ‘cursed’ (as he puts it) into a draconequus form by Discord as a joke is so inherently chaotic and against his nature that he’s under the impression that the universe will explode or something if he doesn’t either fix it himself or punch out Discord until he does.
Mmm? Why not? Does he not like standing out?
