The one at the bottom is her Flutterbat form. The one at the top is a hybrid of the Flutterhulk and Flutterbat form called The Fury. It’s like Sunset Shimmer’s demon form, only bigger, deadlier and nearly unstoppable.
Fluttershy actually has SOME control over her Flutterhulk and Flutterbat forms, though limited. With The Fury, she has absolutely no control. It’s just a creature of pure hate and rage.
Fury makes the bat seem redundant.
