Neato, thanks!
Nailed it!
“Two friends holding their fortunes together!”
“Someone please make a doujinshi (probably naughty) of these two, I am begging you, I’ll do anything!”
First sentence is very right! “Two friends holding their fortunes (together)” - “おみくじ” is “o-miku-ji” - the little paper strips you get at Shinto shrines which is a kind of “sacred lottery” that tells you your fortune. Getting one with someone else is a fairly big step forward in any kind of romance or friendship, and being CAUGHT with them together would be “outing” the relationship.
The next sentence is a little tougher. “この二人の” = “These two people’s (possessive)”. “薄い本” is a thin book, like a 12-page doujinshi, the kind of thing you get at a comic book market which are usually “ecchi” or “hentai”. Kind of like asking for a “Mexican bible”, or those thin less-than-16 page dounjinshi that Black Dog and some other hentai artists are famous for, and that you see at places like ComKet.
The rest of the sentence up to the exclamation mark is “someone please make”, and the last sentence “何でもしますから!” is “Because I will do ANYTHING” - but it’s a special “please” - the “shimasu ka yo” form at the very end is the kind of phrase that you use when you’re late on your rent and asking for more time.
It acknowledges that it’s inconvenient for the person being asked, but begs for it anyway.
My co-workers warned me to not use that masu-form unless I was talking to a customer, or dying in the street asking for an ambulance.
[edit: Also, I agree with the sentiment. This artist should TOTALLY do a “thin doujinshi” of these two. PLEASE!]

“おみくじをひく二人”
“ああ~、詣でる~(フライング)この二人の薄い本誰か作ってください!何でもしますか…”
I gather something along the lings of “two people reading their fortunes” and “please draw more of these dorks”…
