Twilight: As a unicorn, a little plump from being an indoors pony. As an alicorn, slimmer and more regal, but hasn’t completely lost it, either
Rainbow: Toned like Applejack’s from her sporty hobbies
Fluttershy: Similar to Rarity, naturally curvy, but in a cuter way

Forgive me if this sounds weird, but I always get a different feel depending on whose plot is displayed. For example. here:
Pinkie: Round and pudgy, fattened by sweets, but to an adorable degree
Rarity: Attractively curvaceous, prone to sashays and tail flickings
Applejack: Big but sturdy, toned from years of farm work
