Warning : This story takes place 100 years after Rarity dead. This story base on season 4. So anything that happened in season 5 will have nothing to do with this story. (Except how CMC got their cutie mark. They have canon one)
Warning : This story’s an alternate universe and is really crazy as hell. It crazy until crazy word isn’t fit it anymore. It’s become chaos now…
Warning : a lot of 4th wall breaking and referencing. Sharing universe with “To Love God – To Love Mortal” and “To Love Alicorn” but in the future and more crazy. And a continue story of “Crazy Future”
Warning : Don’t take this story too serious or you might get headache from overthinking….
Warning : few number of love(Comments) might make comic page take long time to complete…
Hello Potoo, Lord of darkness, we meet again
…
That’s destructive… By that logic, you’d have to fight everyone until someone kills YOU.
Lil Aj’s actions here are pretty much a recipe for making the audience hate a character, no matter how much it’s justified post battle. Attacking a pony who wont fight back, whilst wearing a smug grin and doing so with poor justification, and dragging the fight out till it’s boring and the fact that said fight is ultimately pointless and the fact she shows little remorse, this is all a recipe to ruin a character.
Because of this I simply do not feel like giving lil aj any excuses for her character,even when ones are available.
Still the fact of the matter is that this page itself exists to give excuses to lil aj’s actions, this is made explicit by the 4th wall breaking. I don’t think it works. What she’s saying she was never taught is something that should not need to be taught, but something that people should be able to figure out as they mature. Not that you have to have a mature swordsman character, but the way in which she’s immature makes her unlikable.
No, but I would call the cops if I see someone wearing a trench coat in 90 degree weather. We don’t know what times are like in this setting. We don’t know what or how many times these Element Bearers had to fight/purify threats. Little AJ attacked Rarity because she has dark magic. She was trying to purify something she thought was evil. Add to the fact that she has never dealt with this kind of situation and we get on big mess.

She probably would. Then again, that’s all she knows. Whoever taught her how to fight didn’t teach when not to fight. Plus, right now, Applejack is just now trying to teach her that (and not doing a good job apparently).
@Endless_Nothing
True. I’m was just going to state what I thought and keep it moving. Or maybe I was playing ‘Devil’s Advocate’ because of all the people jumping down Little AJ’s throat? Plus, just because I understand something doesn’t mean that I agree with it.
Yes, that’s what fan art, comics, and fiction is exactly. <3<

Read vavacung’s comics, in this continuity nightmare moon exists as her own mare on the moon, separate from nightmare rarity.
None of what you said has anything to do with the comment you replied to. Nightmare Moon lives on the moon because otherwise Luna would have formed an unhealthy romantic relationship with her. Nightmare Rarity supplanted her soul into Sparity’s body.

So… you go around throwing holy water in the face of any strangers whose looks you don’t like? And if they don’t burst into flames, they get to be your friend?
Because let’s face it: She drew a sword on somebody for looking creepy! That’s not right.
While it may be hard to guess a persons motives and intents, if someone is evil or not is something you have to conclude by yourself. Just handing off such decisions on right or wrong to other people, or a rock of all things is just lazy and wrong.
Lil AJ eagerly handing off moral judgement to an object with a potential error rate is just repugnant. If she had taken the time to investigate Rarity before striking I would not hate lil aj so much, but no she based her decision purely on looks and what a rock told her.
Now that I think of it, how does that element work? Will it label previously evil races like changelings as evil? Would lil aj go aggro on NMM if she came back to Equestria? Clearly the actual morality of the creature in question has no bearing on the elements reaction. What about a bad pony who does not use dark magic like Starlight Glimmer back when she was evil. Would lil aj decide she’s a good person?
I find her annoying, but not necessarily unlikable. She’s young, and brash, and not yet capable of recognizing that darkness and evil are not always the same thing. In her world there are very few situations that would arise of this nature, most evil does in fact look like evil. She’s reluctant to accept what’s being told to her, because it would make her hesitate every time she encountered something that looked evil. I can sort of respect that, willfully naive as it is.
You don’t even need to look very far. Because I’m wondering how Little AJ would’ve reacted to this dude:
>>622733t (merged)
And this one is as “bad-looking” as it can get, but proves himself a hero.
And there’s more that I might not be able to list right now.
Although, there is the case of a “bad-looking” good person being forced to do bad things. Such as with these two.
And in another timeline, I’m sure that your friend Sparity may have been an example of a “bad-looking” person being good as well.

Yeah, because that makes it better.
Wonder what she had dictate right and wrong to her before she got it?
The Artificial Elements are only a few years old.
yes and no…if she had been portrayed as something more than a religious sealot fanatic who cant se anything beyond white and black yes…but she just becomes terribly anoying because of that, she clearly didnt cared about what others told her and simply went by her own perception of good and evil regardless of how wrong what was, specially with her “hero” spechees wich just made her look way two dimentional…i dont have problems with flaws in a character but as of now little AJ looks more like a flaw in a few character parts
@Steel
Well, not all the character must be immediately “perfect”. Lil AJ is an young hothead, pride warrior, she act first and ask after… is it a bad thing? Kinda, but sure this flaw give personality to this character.
