So, let me get this straight; I break the rules, my comment gets deleted. Other people break the rules, their comments do not get deleted. I ask why this is, a moderator makes an evasive excuse of “You’re just mad”, ignoring the simple fact that the rules have been broken.
 
The issue here is the unequal application of rules, as well as you BANNING someone for calling you on it. If you did not like what I was saying, all you had to do was not reply; you not liking what I said is not antagonistic, it’s disagreement. Your excuse of ‘you gave me a chance’ was, quite frankly, ridiculous; I have every right to talk and question decisions, and I was doing so civilly.
 
Quite simply, you abused your responsibilities as a moderator to apply the rules fairly, you misused your power to close tickets that were legitimate complaints (even if you don’t personally like the motivation behind them), and you abused your power by banning someone who pointed these things out. I will be contacting the site administrator with my complaints. And don’t bother deleting these messages; I’ve already taken screenshots.

Are those comments I reported, or are they not, in compliance with the rules? If they are not, then you are ignoring your duty as a mod to properly moderate them; if they are, you have not made any compelling reason for that being so, besides “I don’t like how the reporter is behaving” - which is no standard at all, really.
 
Honestly, with how valuable these rules apparently are, I’d think you’d be happy someone was so helpfully pointing out violations, rather than sneering at them.

The issue here is not other people. The issue here is that you chose to insult another user and are refusing to accept responsibility for your actions. All of your deflection, tu quoque and complaints about “justice” are meaningless. You broke the rules. You were appropriately dealt with.

Oh, and let’s not forget another mod mocking two people after deleting their comments; that is very much antagonistic, and a violation of Rule #0.

So, if I were to say something like “Hillary voters are stupid”, would that be acceptable? If not, then I know of at least one of the things I reported was closed while still remaining up, and would clearly be in violation of that. It’s not ‘rule lawyering’ to insist that the rules be applied equally; indeed, that’s one of the fundamental principles of justice.

Surely you value an equal application of the rules? Unless there’s some sort of double-standard in place, of course - indeed, it seems someone has went and closed all of my reports without actually looking at them, as they are indeed insults against other users.
 
Edit: Also, the rule contains “Do not troll, attack, insult, name-call, or otherwise try to intentionally antagonize another person or group of people.” - which would cover pretty much all of the things I reported. They were, in general, insults against the American people, people who voted for Trump, Trump, other commenters, etc. That is the rule, is it not? After all, one cannot simply say “All black people are stupid”, as that would violate that part of the rule; likewise, “America is stupid” would also be a violation, but that comment is suspiciously still up…

Rule 0 is to not insult other users (by calling them autistic, for example). A moderator pointing out that you violated the rule for which you’re reporting other users is not a violation of the rule. It’s pointing out that you’re a hypocrite.
 
I’ll add that trawling through old comments to find things you believe are breaking rule 0 and flooding the report queue with them is not doing you any favours.
