That’s slightly better than Allentown PA where they knocked down a whole stretch of row homes some years ago to put up a stadium that’s basically worthless.
Somehow, I think that was Spoiled’s idea to remove anypony that crosses her… Interfere with her… questionable business practices, and find yourself in a cage match with a hungry manticore!
Actually the arena will be used to stage monster battles. So this is a great place for it!
The Everfree monsters get lured in by the smell of fresh pony, arrive and find other monsters looking for dinner. They then fight to the death, providing both free entertainment and removing dangerous predators.
Less homes to demolish, and less money to spend on possible compensation.
