Nah don’t worry, she’s harmless. Her substance is inert: totally safe to touch, and 80% water. Her body dissolves food via chemical reaction that is triggered by high quantities of sugar, meaning she can basically only eat things like fruit, flowers that contain sufficient nectar, etc. Of course, if you add high quantities of sugar to other foods she can eat it.

Her viscosity is sort of all over the place because she has control over her form. Her entire body is one kind of cell, each of which can move freely around the cells it’s touching at will. When she’s consciously holding it together it’s almost rubbery like jello, but when she’s not it can be as fluid as gel.
