It looked sweet. I’m only going off animation cues and vocal tones, and the fact that mlp is not going to have a deep story.
Also good to see all the ponies that the CMC helped before (tender taps, bulk, the overbite colt, etc) reappear

Following events of the Griffonstone ep, and seeing pinkie friend gilda, gabby has come to Ponyville to get the CMC’s to help her get a cutie mark. The CMC’s consult with Twilight whose says it’s impossible for a griffon to get one. But they drcide to put her throught a number of activities to see if any give her a mark. Most if these involve helping around town.
No surprise she doesnt get one. She later fakes getting one, but this is shortly revealed as fake. To cheer her up, the CMC make her an honorary cmc member, and give a pair of saddlebag emblems like her cutie mark, representing her desire to help others. The town holds a large celebration before she returns to griffonstone
