Also, nice to see a Surprise as a Wonderbolt.
That’s because fans attached the name Surprise to that Wonderbolt, by virtue of her sharing the color scheme of the G1 pony Surprise.
It was a bit of a shocker to see the name officialized, but it was satisfying.
I also noticed how all their names make sense for a flyer, except for Surprise.

Look closer. Soarin’ is still there. Wave Chill just happened to be another stallion with a similar color scheme.
Cloudchaser and Flitter have eyes, coats, and hair that are all different colors, and they may not even be related (though I assume they’re sisters).
I’ll give you the creepy filly twins though.

I think he’s supposed to have a different portrait.
Then again, aside from Flim and Flam (and various magical shenanigans), we haven’t had any other identical twins in the show AFAIK.

Per Newbie Dash, Fire Streak retired from active duty to train cadets.
Just checked and I made a mistake. Wind Waker is another Wonderbolt not seen here. I might have confused him with Lightning Dash because of their hairstyles. Still think that name would have difficulties passing legal.
That could explain why two of the clones haven’t been used that much in series anymore. From what I’ve heard here Wave Chill and Fire Streak haven’t appeared in the series since season 5.

The fan name I saw people use for Lightning Dash was Wind Waker. But considering certain circumstances…

Misty Fly was adaptded from fans’ “Misty” (for years, now)
Lightning Dash is a new face, I believe
All the rest, yes, canonized fan names.
