Not bad, eyes & freckles needs some more practice though.
Some ideas for improvement:

Looks like you are using felt for the eyes - get some extra materials and mess around with the layout on some colored paper before attacking to the plushie.
Working on a flat surface will make things easier - putting the details on before putting in the filler material would be the ideal.
