Dumbness aside, I’d like to imagine Lightning Dust can’t fly well with those at all. She just boasts about it, but as soon as she tries to do anything quickly she trips over herself and faceplants into the dirt.

what no one knows is that there’s always some poor ponies just outside the panel frames playing One Winged Angel wherever she goes.
Anyways Lightning Dust is looking pretty badass with her dark ringed eyes and four wings (though I’m unsure about the exact advantage four wings give, but I’ll just assume it’s like a 2x bonus over just having two).
