I can’t speak for ExTor, but I’m not really big on them either and for me it’s the opposite; it’s too… impersonal? Using your own fingertips (or perhaps tongue) is much better imo, and more rewarding and sensual for the tickler as well, they can actually feel their partner’s soft feet as they tickle…
Because. It’s just not powerful enough of a tool.
