Rain season? She’s so big that the individual H2O molecules making up the water in her saliva would have a Van Der Waals radius of at least the size of a raindrop, most likely bigger. I didn’t do the math.
 
However, regardless of how accurate the size is, this means something very strange would happen; if her saliva dropped on the atomosphere it would push away everything in it’s path, due to the atoms being bigger and all the fundemental forces within stronger because of how big she is now.
 
In short, I imagine everything any atom of hers got within range to interact with would accelerate away at tremendous speeds. Bye bye Earth.
