And no, that doesn’t make them “fuck buddies”, that’s the work of the shippers. But the ship isn’t conjured out of thin air either, it comes from the idea that “what if Trixie and Maud got along while Trixie was working at the rock farm?”. That and the fact that the ship has an opposites attract thing going for it, not to mention a popular fan-comic series.
and that doesn’t mean they were fuck buddies in the slightest. mud’s could have been studying abroad.
