I don’t really understand what you mean. Being autistic isn’t a bad thing. I’m autistic, and I don’t find that insulting. We just express ourselves differently. I relate to Maud and would love it if she was confirmed to be autistic c:

I kinda thought that maybe Maud had been hurt by a stallion before, and her not outwardly showing emotion was a coping mechanism for that, but her sisters still know she truly cares underneath it all. :)
I connect with her more with an autistic headcanon, eh, YMMV.

I was really sad when people started calling her autistic…. I really like her lack of personality… I think that maybe the whole pie family are some kinda Hindu/Buddhist hahah.
That mare can run, and she’s strong. And I think she’s really hot too…in fact, I think I lava her. :)

Only to find it stopped by Maud, who in an instant, was between them, holding Pinkie in place and stopping Lime’s hoof.
Maud: “Stop. Fighting.”
