Humans are attracted to bilateral symmetry and either strong lines or birth-giving curves. Most creatures in nature don’t have curves that humans recognize as attractive, but when they are drawn like this, it’s a textbook case of something attractive and the fact that she is visually interesting beyond sex appeal gives her an advantage. Therefore it makes sense for the pony to be the more attractive out of the two.

So based on the squiggle lines, are we to assume that the pony is trying to imitate the woman’s pose and method of standing, and having difficulty with doing so?

She’s got hips, she’s got strong belly, and being a pony she’s super cuddly, basically a living plushie. So of course there’s way more attraction to pony than to human, based purely on visuals.
