For all those saying they need to swap Perception and Agility, Pinkie and Rainbow, remember that in “Party of One” Pinkie easily outran Rainbow Dash everywhere she went, not to mention she always seems to get to places way faster than it seems possible for anyone to get to. Finally, in “Power Ponies,” the comic saw fit to make Pinkie Filli-Second, the team’s speedster, not Rainbow Dash, which actually makes you wonder who truly is the fastest of the six…
 
…meanwhile, the idea of Rainbow as perception is inspired from things like “Testing, Testing, 1, 2, 3…” showing RD as some sort of eidetic.
 
Therefore, I think they fit.

Yeah it coincides with PS4’s announcement as well but PS3 had limited mod capability already and now xbox wants to do the same but again they are limited to what they can do since you can’t access ini and data files on a console.

Adding on to that AJ is strength Twi is intelligence Rarity charisma spike endurance because of the crap he endures and Fluttershy luck because of the episode cutie map.

I would have swapped agility and perception. Pinkie Pie has Pinkie Sense, and is INCREDIBLY observant of details like EVERY friend around her.
 
Rainbow is the embodiment of Agility. It is only in one episode that we see her perception help her learn, and in that episode, it’s a completely passive and background effect. It’s not her primary feature.

PS4 has been talking about making it possible but haven’t done anything and even if they did it wouldn’t be on the same level as PC mods.

I have yet to find an Xbox mod.
