'nurse coldheart/snowheart' implication/alias

nurse coldheart <=> nurse snowheart
 
Both used for same character. Unfamiliar with name, don’t know if better served as alias or implication.

Uh, both tags got a character color, wonder if there’s a reason for keeping both… Is one of them a Fanon name and the other an official name? In that case it’s implantations. If not, which tag ya’ll think should prevail, Coldheart, or Snowheart?

I’ve always heard ‘Coldheart’, if they were to be aliased I’d think that one should be the main tag.

After some looking Snowheart is the one on the toys so I’m guessing Coldheart is a fanname. Implication, then?
