Or permanent ones, even if they don’t exist in their world currently I’m sure twilight could make one since she is the Demi goddess of magic. It might be a little hard though and require testing to make sure it works properly. After all it would be a spell that changes someone on a fundamental biological level, right down to the dna and gene expression. They would have to make sure it doesn’t cause any genetic damage, or worse, brain damage from the neurological rewiring
