I didn’t downvote it, I said why some are but I didn’t downvote or upvote.
I just can tell why, now OP just needs to credit the artist that made the image he recolored.
No, you downvoted cause you can’t accept new thing, even it is just a recolor, and can’t be polite for random artists for some reasons.
It’s a recolor of a Lyra image if you must know, so it’s not a well done OC image, you can still see some of the blue.
That is the most likely reason it’s downvoted.

One, it’s a nice image. I’ve seen worse, and this isn’t nearly as bad as those.
Two, this has only gotten downvotes so far, an I feel like it’s just people going, “OMG OC! Must Downvote!”
That is to say, barely, if at all.
