Yeah, that’s usually a sign of dry eye or another health problem.
Yeah, eyes are moist and shiny as a default. It’s never a good thing if they start to dry and go dull.
It is. The same happens with real eyes since your eyes tend to make tears that make your eyes look all pretty and glossy.

I think it’s supposed to be light reflecting off of their eyes. It’s not that uncommon in animation.
that’s been a thing since the first ep. but yeah I never understood why they put white dots in there eyes to begin with its kinda off putting for me atleast
