I have yet to see anything good come from aiming something at teenagers.
That’s not to say something teen-centric can’t have good traits - as I said, some things manage to overcome the handicap of being aimed at teens. More power to the creators if/when they actually manage to pull that off.
I’m sure many cool things are teenager-centric, teens represent a very broad group.
Some stuff ends up being good despite being centered around teenagers, but nothing ever becomes good because it’s teenager-centric.
