His father found him shortly after it happened. There’s not any doubt as to the mechanism of the incident… Could we leave it at that though? This shouldn’t be about what happened, it’s about his artwork and a finished part of his legacy.
I know how falling in the shower works. He didn’t starve.
Usually when someone slips and falls in the bathroom and dies from it it’s either instantaneous, or because they got themselves lodged somewhere with a broken neck or something and die of starvation because nobody noticed they were missing until a month had passed. I also had not noticed the smiley face. Sorry.
What makes you come to that conclusion? In this very thread other people say how he died. That person wasn’t responding to anyone in particular, either, which made me think he was talking about the image.
Based on context, I’d say they meant the character here who was transformed.
If so, the smiley following their question was in poor taste.

I think you misunderstand, he isn’t inside the mannequin, he IS the mannequin, they turned him into it.

Specifically, he slipped in the bathroom and by the time he was found, it was too late. Such a senseless death to somebody that didn’t deserve it.
I never knew him, though it was still sad to hear about his passing.
