This scene really hits ya in the feels.
Misty and Alphabittle missed out on so much father-daughter bonding, and after being reunited it’s understandable that Alphie would try and reconnect with Misty by trying to get her to enjoy all the things she did as a filly.
Of course as Misty points out, she’s not the same pony she was back then and after years of being used and abused by Opaline it makes sense(at least to me) she wouldn’t want to be in the spotlight. All that said I’m glad they were able to come to an understanding in the end and I certainly look forward to seeing more of Misty and Alphabittle bonding.
