Indeed… Even their “good intentions” make no sense. The founder even bragged about all the animals she “saved” by euthanizing.
Like I said, PETA at this point are basically an anti-life cult. They openly hate any human who isn’t one of them and pretend to care animals while they kill thousands of them, many of which were once happy to be the pets of loving, caring people.
My friend Anna’s Peta member roommate was totally batshit insane. She would decorate her side of the room with violent bloody PeTA propoganda posters of bloodied dead chickens, and such. (For an organisation against cruelty, they sure like making pictures of it. Many of which were proven to be staged by the organisation itself.) Yet, she would burst out crying if she saw anyone eating a hamburger or something.
On top of that she & her boyfriend had pet ferrets whom she forced to eat vegetarian food, (which isn’t very healthy for animals that mostly eat meat) and when she broke up with him, she stopped feeding them, and started starving them just to spite him…
My friend Anna snuck them meaty food behind her back so they wouldn’t starve.
This shows how hypothetical, and cruel they can be.
PETA is full of hypocrites. They claim that being a human’s Pet is a worse fate for an animal than death, yet many members of the organization have pets of their own. They claim to stand for animal rights, yet only an inconsequentially small amount of their money (<1%) goes to actually helping animals. I could be here all day listing ways in which they’re huge hypocrites.
I know the differences, I’ve known some before.
PeTA kills more animals then it saves ironically. A friend of mine had a crazy experience with a rather crazy member who was her college roommate whom was a total hypocrite.
@Beau Skunky
That’s neat, though there’s a big difference between vegetarians (who simply don’t eat meat) and vegans (who don’t use any animal products, such as meat, dairy, silk, etc.).
Also, PETA at this point has no right to be mistaken for an organization for vegetarianism or veganism.
They steal people’s pets, refuse to support no-kill animal shelters, kill 90% of the animals that come through their doors, actively support known terrorists and terrorist cells, and some former members have even gone on to become murders and terrorists in their own right. One of the founders even left PETA all together and got divorced because his wife and co-founder was a lunatic who always took things way too far.
At this point, PETA may as well be an anti-life cult.
It’s likely it is a veggie burger. In fact, the writer for this movie Meghan McCarthy is a vegetarian, I recall. >>380061 Funny how there’s so many anti-vegetarian remarks in there. I didn’t know people hated vegans that much. Admittedly some are a li’l annoying, I suppose. Especially the entire PeTA organization.
I thought it was just spoiled. Easy mistake to make.
