With what I have left, that is, Buttmom’s body and legs, 8 arms, 8 hands, and 16 feet, I have created a sidekick.
 
I have removed her hooves and attached four feet to each of Buttmom’s legs for increased balance, and the 8 arms and hands have been carefully arranged on the back. The hooves have been attached to where her neck was (she doesn’t need eyes to see where she’s going).
 
It shall be my mobile throne. I shall sit upon the hands and arms which will arrange themselves for maximum support and comfort, and my beer shall sit upon the solid surface of the hooves.
 
Her new name shall be Miss Underhand. Here I sit upon Miss Underhand and gaze unto Buttmom. “Buttmom!” I declare, “Scurry to me upon your toes. I wish to see my creation scuttle upon my basement floor. Miss Underhand! More lumbar support.”

So do we literally get to surgically remove parts from those characters and attach them to Buttmom?
 
Alrighty *cracks knuckles* I would take all their torsos and attach them together spine-to-spine to make a naga-like tail of women chests and boobies, and attack Buttmom’s head to the top. Next I’d relocate all the arms to the shoulder-blades of the backs, and attach the women’s heads to where the hands would be. I would then take all the leftover hands and replace the women’s chins with them, creating a kind of reverse Doctor Zoidberg.
 
With that done, I would take all their toes and attach them to the bellies of the torsos, kind of like caterpillar legs, to increase mobility. Finally all the legs would be used to create a long, whip-like tail with Buttmom’s tail at the very tip.
 
As for the leftovers, just toss them in a grab-bag. I’m sure I’ll come up with a use for them by the time me and Chimoma get back to my place.
