Wiz: This fight at first glance would make you believe that Dio would win but several factors nullify this fact  
Boomstick: First off abilities Alucard has recovered from some serious things like being reduced to nothing but a pile of blood by the Nazi, the Crusaders, Alexander, and some really powerful …Nazi guy…and he still recovered from that… Man I thought Deadpool’s heal factor was insane  
Wiz: With that in mind Dio would need something that could not only injure alucard but negate his heal factor…but Dio doesn’t anything that would really be a threat to Alucard.  
Boomstick: Lets break it down shall we? His freezing ability won’t work on him because that well on him seeing Alucard can ship shift and Heal. So if he tried that whole freeze most of his body but leave his head he’ll simply regrow an new body and set clothes somehow

Wiz: Draining his blood is also out of the question seeing he has to get close in which Alucard can simple bite him to revitalize himself with a single drop of blood.  
Boomstick: The eyebeams are a neat trick but that would only annoy him.  
Wiz: and The World’s time stopping abilities can only do so much with Dio other abilities and tactics.  
Boomstick: Alucard has gun that were tailored to killing creatures like Dio…Vampires  
Wiz: Once his restraints are release he becomes more and more dangerous and close to being godlike.  
Boomstick: and the final Nail in the coffin is Dio personality and weapons of choice. Alucard through out Ultimate was only weak to one something that is Holy…TRULY holy…such as when Anderson stabbed his own heart one of the nails that piece jeasus’s body to become like a …monster of ….god? Whatever the point is that Dio does NOT have anything that fits the category.  
Wiz: And Dio is WAAAY too full of himself to think about the possibility that Alucard is more powerful than him and a threat…His own pride is what done him after all.  
Boomstick: You think looser would be Alucard…BUT IT WAS I DIO!!  
Wiz: The Winner is Alucard

Uhhhh… Dio. In a curbstomp. ZA WARUDO baby. Alucard isn’t beating someone that can stop time.

But Dio Brando (part 3 anyway) is not just a final boss. He’s a FTL (this is the most important), universal Time stop spamming beast, with a stand that can destroy car sized diamonds with a punch. Even without Timestop and all of Alucard’s hax, he’s just far, far too slow to even catch Dio.

Alucard is the final boss that eats other final bosses. It literally took him 30 years of constant nonstop murder to whittle down all his lives to one.

@Princess♠Molestia-Rainbow Dash 20 well I would sudjest Alucard go up against the Pillar Men instead but Dio is more recognized by the mainstream and frankly Cars (post Red Stone Mask) is so OP I doubt Alucard would be given a fair fight.

@Robomoron oh and instead of Applejack and Twilight it would be Chrysalis and Nightmare Moon, gotta compensate for the size of the riders and all.

As long as they are riding on said ponies in the picture. Which would be a sight to see, by the way. Alucard arriving onto the field atop Applejack whilst Dio just appears on the field atop Twilight Sparkle. No explanation, they just arrive atop the ponies. And the the ponies leave without saying a word. Then fight happens. The end.
