It’s far older than that. A guy ending up covered with lipstick kisses from a pretty gal has been a standard romantic comedy gag in comic strips and cartoons nearly since they were invented. It’s only in these over-analyzed times that people started thinking of it as a fetish.
Don’t know don’t care. Everything turns someone on these days. Points moot now anyway since the tags been removed. Lipstick may be a fetish but This pic is so not a fetish pic.

Well, pretty much. Extreme or not, some fetishes are kinda cute. Like lipstick kisses. But more power to you.
My point is, fetishes are usually EXREME! and obviously sexual in nature.
This pic is almost disney levels of cute and I’d never have thought of it as a fetish pic if not for the tag.
That’s a pretty big stretch. The main concept of the word “fetish” is making things that aren’t inherently sexual, sexy.
