because in gen 3 double battles were still new, i think they were gonna do it with cress, chili, and cilan for triple or rotation battles in black and white but that wasnt finished by the time they finished the boss battles so they just stuck it on charles the heartbreaker and some ace trainer and thats it.

You could probably substitute any rodent Pokémon for it.
Ho-Oh for Celestia, for sure. Or at least Talonflame. Not sure about Luna, since she canonically owns an opossum, and I can’t recall any Pokémon who remotely resembles one.

Herakles was also very grouchy. Killed his own family in a fit of rage, was constantly denied being a super awesome king, when a weak coward and kin was king, I think he ended up killing his second wife in a fit of rage, and died a REALLY horrible death by having his skin end up melting, and Zeus struck him with lightning to end the suffering. Thus, Herakles ended up being both a God and Hero (the Greeks believed being struck with lightning made mortals a god).
